Went
to Barns and Nobel yesterday. Wanamaker is not easy to navigate safely
on a bike, so I walked across. Even for a walker, you have to be on your
guard! I got a flat and that cheap pump I bought at target would not air up my tire, so I rode 3 miles on a flat. 25 miles yesterday, and 26 today. Vegetable juice seems to
help keep my legs from cramping. I think it replaces some of the salt I sweat
out. I sweat a lot!
