Thank you Jesus
I went to Churh and worshiped the Lord and went home. Then I went to the Topeka community Cycle Project and I rode 23 miles with them. I had so much fun, and I felt loved. My legs cramped up and it hurt so much I fell to the ground, but one of my fellow riders said he would stay behind with me. I drank 4 bottles of Gator aide, and that stopped my (very painful) cramps. I had to stay at the back of the group because of my cramps, and we got lost so I went ahead and found the leaders then I went back to tell the slower riders where to go. I stayed behind a slower rider to keep her safe, because I was wearing a very bight yellow shirt. I had to pee so bad and I could not make it to a restrom and I pee'd my bike shorts. No harm done. Lots more happend, but I can't write it all down. THANK you JESUS.
