Riding my bike is an anti depressant for me. The problem is, when I am sad its hard to make myself get out the door and ride. I missed 2 very nice opportunities for riding because I was depressed. Thankfully, I did ride my bike to to church today, and now I'm off my pity pot. Bike riding is good for my mental health. I think that it releases endorphins in my brain. I stopped along the trail to pick some berries. They tasted wonderful. There are a couple of different kinds, and I took a picture of one. They are sweet! I'm going to see if I can find out what kind they are. I hope they are not shunga death berries! P.S.  I rode my bike to a small group meeting, and I am guessing I rode another 13 or 14 miles today.
